With one full time and one part time staff member
our first office serviced a voting register
population of 60,000.
Due to house moves within the existing portfolio
and new property take-ons, 115 tenancies were written
in the second year. By the end of year 3
growth had exceeded expectations.
Given a larger population there is no reason why a
business should not be able to achieve greater
success. We expect our franchisees to be managing
between 250 and 400 properties by the end of year
4.
We
are legally obliged to advise that although
figures stated are based on fact they should not
be taken as a guarantee of income of success. It
is however in our best interests to do all we can
ensure that our franchisees are successful.

What if there are already Residential Management
agencies in my area?
This would indicate that there is a good supply of
property to let and room for not just another
company, but a company with a higher profile and
a fresh approach.
Out of 10 agencies that were in the area where our
first office opened, 2 closed and one (an
established franchise) moved area. After 2 years
we were managing twice as many properties as our
closest rival. Due to our high profile identity
and expertise we currently enjoy a 33% share of
the local market place.
