In addition to the items listed there is further scope for franchisees to expand their business by opening another branch in their area. Further opportunities also exist with us as the framework develops. For example, we will wish to appoint "master franchisees" responsible for regional development.

In return for a percentage royalty payable on income and an initial set up fee for actual set up and training the following items are included.

Is it expensive to set up?

Depending upon the size and location of your office the franchise package has been costed as starting from approx £7,500. We are however interested in making sure we have the right type of people on board and if the cost is prohibitive staged payments can be made as business develops. You may also qualify for financial assistance (subject to status) from your bank.

Selecting an area

There are many parameters that determine the suitability of an area for our type of business. Open Door Properties will offer a forum for discussion about the feasibility of a given area. You will be able to draw on our experience in the property & employment sectors to help you to decide if your area is viable. Remember it is also in our interests to give you every possible assistance to enable you to be successful.
